Working with Chris was a very positive experience and I am extremely happy with my home. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and cares that you are happy with your home. Being a single woman who put a home under contract in the very beginning stages could have been overwhelming but it was definitely not! He always had time for my questions and was a delight to work with! Chris and Renisa are now friends of mine.

We absolutely love love our beautiful home that Chris built! There were so many added features, Gabby lighting, etc. He really builds such a quality home, cuts no corners and has been so attentive to anything after the purchase. His wife also did an excellent job showing us the home several times before purchase. They are both such nice, warm, friendly and professional business people. It truly was such a pleasure working with them both! We love our home (again) and our neighborhood!!!!

Chris just finished building my home.. He is a very professional and caring person.. In the middle of building my home my husband got very ill… Chris saw that I was overwhelmed and even went with me to pick it out my flooring .., what Builder does that? He made sure that I was not taken advantage of. He followed through on every promise that he made me… He always answered my phone calls even one that was made on his vacation at 3:30 in the morning! He is so concerned that your home is exactly as you would want it. He is not only my builder. He is now like family.

From helping me design my floor plan, overseeing every single detail I wanted, and walking me through every step until the very end. He went far above anything I could have asked for. As a single mother, he made my dream of owning a home come true. There is no other builder like him.

My building process was stress free with Chris. I told him the ideal home for me. A bigger closet, an enclosed patio with AC and lots of storage. He did everything that was expected of him. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking to build. He is very professional & understanding to your needs.
